The Plant Perturbation Atlas (PPA), a centralized coordinated dataset collection describing the responses of nine plant species to variations in temperature and water availability in a multi-level approach, will provide cluster members with a wealth of robustness-related experimental data along all three Research axes.
The generation of the PPA will be carried out in the framework of the Central Data Hub (CDH), a dedicated structure within GreenRobust with the mission to oversee the generation of big data in order to ensure quality, comparability, and integrability of the generated datasets, as well as their adhesion to the FAIR principles.
